*Spoilers*

"Grey's Anatomy" is the best and saddest show on TV. Shonda Rhimes isn't afraid to kill of your favorite or just cut them out of the show completely. This show will take you on an emotional roller coaster that you won't want to get off. I miss all of these characters on the show. Pretty soon they will have to film "Grey's Anatomy" in heaven because that's where all my favorite characters are.

1. Denny Duquette

Denny was a heart patient and love interest of Izzie. He died of a stroke following a heart transplant. Denny left money for Izzie after his death, and Izzie decided to open up a free clinic with Dr. Bailey in honor of Denny.

2. George O'Malley

George was my personal favorite. He was so sweet, kind, and cute, too. When George died a part of me died with him. George was the first main character death. This is when everyone realized that "Grey's Anatomy" didn't play around with killing people off.

3. Izzie Stevens

Izzie was another favorite of mine. Though she did not die, she sadly left shortly after George's death in season six.

4. Henry Burton

Henry was Teddy Altman's husband. He had multiple tumors and a heart mass. This was a hard death. because after he died. Teddy held his death over Owen's head for a while. She blamed him for everything.

5. Teddy Altman

Teddy was in the war with Owen. When she came into the picture. i really didn't like her. She seemed to be getting in between Owen and Christina's relationship. She suddenly began growing on me, and i really liked her. As Shonda likes to do, as soon as I started to like her, she left the show. She left after getting another job offer.

6. Adele Webber

Adele was the wife to chief Richard Webber. She was diagnosed with Alzheimers and was put into a home. She died right after that due to blood in her stomach and a heart attack. This was a very hard death because of the flashback at the end of the episode. It flashed bak to Richard and Adele's wedding night.

7. Lexie Grey

At first i didn't like Lexie. As time went on. she became one of my favorite characters. Lexie tries on several occasions to bond with Meredith, who wants nothing to do with her. Meredith sees Lexie's life as the one she could have had if her father hadn't left her and her mother, and so has no desire to bond with her initially. Later on, Meredith realizes she needs to give her a chance and they get really close. Lexie was the love of Mark Sloan. Sadly, Lexie passes away after a horrible plane crash.

8. Mark Sloan

Mark Sloan is yet another favorite. Again, when he first came into the picture i didn't like him. He slept with Addison (Derek's wife) and broke up their marriage. Eventually they become buds again, and that's when I started to like him and formed a bond with him. His death was due to the same plane crash that killed Lexie.

9. Derek Shepherd

The beloved "McDreamy." I think his death topped all of them. He was loved by many, and when they decided to kill him off, it hurt. I will miss him the most out of them all. He was a loving doctor, father, and husband.

10 Signs You Work In A Restaurant

There's always chaos in the restaurant business.

10 Signs You Work In A Restaurant
Brisanis

Working in the restaurant industry is possibly the most fundamentally challenging occupation I have ever experienced when it comes to hospitality and customer service. When you go to a five-star restaurant you expect the time of your life, a two hour getaway, a walk through another time period (rustic Italy, France, Spain, etc), or simply a honeymoon undergo. What you don't see are the behind the scenes scut work: carrying trays, polishing glassware and silverware, kitchen chaos, the list is endless. Now, I'm not saying being a host, server, or bartender is the worst thing in the whole wide world, there are definitely worse things. But the fact of the matter is that it isn't always sunshine and rainbows. In the two years that I have spent in restaurant and customer service, I have spoken my share of expletives, yelled at kitchen staff, and dealt with not-so-happy guests. It isn't easy to keep a bright and shiny smile on your face when all you want to do is choke every person who walks near you. Anyone who has spent even two weeks working in a restaurant understands the rigor and stress that comes with it. Restaurant culture is a tiny world in and of itself that operates on its own principles and creates its own society. It even has its own language. The sayings "runner", "corner", and "on a bus" wouldn't make sense to anyone otherwise. My mother and I both work in a restaurant and the best advice I can give someone going out to eat is to treat us like people. Yes...believe it or not we are people, people. Say "please" and "thank you", or stack your cleared plates before a busser gets to the table. Trust me, the gesture goes a lot farther than you may think.

So, if you work in a restaurant, you can relate with the following points. If not, check out how the brain of a restaurant service (or any customer service) worker actually works. See if you can identify any crazy weird habits your friends have a tendency to partake in.

One of the scariest things we will ever face in our life is going to college. Many of us move away to a new town, join new organizations, and make new friends. We are expected to study, have a social life, relationships, maybe work, and be healthy. It seems pretty easy to do, and in high school all we wanted to do was graduate and move on to this next chapter of our lives. If you are in high school, here are some things that you can learn from before you get to college. If you have already been through your freshman year of college, hopefully you can relate to the things I have learned in college.
