Everyone goes through rough phases in their lives that can make them feel alone or like a bother to others. This is for the people that are going through life right now feeling like they're alone without anyone to turn to.

Check In With Yourself

Before doing anything you don't feel comfortable with or something you're doing just to please others make sure it's something you want to do for you. In life we all want to please the people around us, and show them we're happy. But if we're not actually happy it'll just make it harder on yourself to get through each day.

It's Okay To Have Bad Days

You failed a test or didn't get the job you wanted? That's okay, because one bad day or thing doesn't define us or stop us from doing what we love. It's okay to feel like you messed up or didn't give it your all. It's alright because we're human, and we mess up. Having bad days is a part of life, it's what we do about it that makes us a better person.

Do Something Everyday That Makes You Feel Good

This could be anything from writing, working out, spending time with your friends, or just having some time to yourself. It's important to take some time for yourself and enjoy the simple things that you like to do that make you happy.

Surround Yourself With People That Love You For You

The people you surround yourself with can turn into your biggest support group when you're going through a rough patch it's good to have people in your life that make you happy.

Blair Waldorf Quote
"DESTINY IS FOR LOSERS. IT'S JUST A STUPID EXCUSE TO WAIT FOR THINGS TO HAPPEN INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM HAPPEN." - BLAIR WALDORF.

The world stopped in 2012 when our beloved show "Gossip Girl" ended. For six straight years, we would all tune in every Monday at 9:00 p.m. to see Upper Eastside royalty in the form of a Burberry headband clad Blair Waldorf. Blair was the big sister that we all loved to hate. How could we ever forget the epic showdowns between her and her frenemy Serena Van Der Woodsen? Or the time she banished Georgina Sparks to a Christian summer camp? How about that time when she and her girls took down Bart Bass? Blair is life. She's taught us how to dress, how to be ambitious, and most importantly, how to throw the perfect shade.

As you walk away, you will wonder if they will ever speak to you again, but don't worry, there's a good chance that you will make some great friends on your floor!

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.
