You’re sitting here thinking about the person who has put you over the limit of realizing the fact that you care to much. We’ve all been there. It’s a part of life, well at least for some people. You just think and you overly care about the people in your life. But after whatever just happened, you start to change your feelings. It’s an honest feeling, people feel it everyday.

As hard as it is to say. I am one of the those people. The person who cares to much for people. The one who rather see other people happy over her own happiness. Even if it’s hurting you. You will do whatever you can do to make the other person happy.

But do you ever sit there in those moments of silence. Whether its in a car ride, in a silent class, or in the shower. You just sit there in think. The person that you would drop the world for. When are they ever there for you? They disapprove of the person you like. Or even the people you like. When they are doing something completely and utterly stupid you stand there and tell them that this is a great idea. Even when you know it’s not.

But that second that you need them, they are the ones who aren’t there for you. They rather put other people in front of you. Never fading to show that they truly are never there for you. It happens once, and you brush it off. Then it constantly happens. It begins to hurt. Since you care about everyone so much. You just brush it off. Mostly because you don’t want to fight with them and watch them turn their back on you.

You feel yourself falling apart, and all you want to do is tell that one person. You can’t because who knows where they are. They are to busy in their own lives worry about what they are doing to other people. They tell you they are there for you. You sit constantly shaking your head. You want to scream at them and tell they are wrong. You worry about other people feelings to much.

But Honey, it’s time to realize one thing.

You deserve better. You deserve to like whoever you want to like. Do not let anyone take away from your shine. Do not change your feelings for anyone. If they don’t care about you. Then let them go.

You deserve to shine. You deserve to care about one person and that’s yourself. I battle with this on a daily basis. People who care overly to much about, people like us. The people who want to see people succeed in everything they do in life. We are the ones that get messed over. We are the ones people take advanced of. The people believe they can stomp on.

I’m here to tell you. You need to shine brighter then them. My best friend one time quoted Greys Anatomy telling me that I was the Sun. That stuck with me. You need to shine bright and don’t let anyone change that. You deserve happiness.

You deserve to be at the peak of happiness. Find a way to be a sun and follow it.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
