A DIY Recipe: Peanut Butter Chocolate Latte

After experiencing one of the most bomb, unique lattes I've ever experienced (and I've experienced a lot) at a local coffee shop, I found myself haunted with cravings for it. The confection was one of espresso and steamed milk, flavored after one of my all-time favorite candies: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. I searched, browsed, experimented, and toiled until I found a close-enough recipe that was doable at home. That result will hopefully, just hopefully, make your morning (or mid-afternoon slump) a bit perkier:

Yield: One serving

Need:

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp Nutella or other chocolate spread

OR

Substitute these ingredients for 2 tbsp of Reese's Peanut Butter spread

1 cup milk

1 shot Espresso or strongly-brewed coffee

Sugar to taste

Extra sweets for topping (whipped cream, cocoa, peanut butter drizzle, chocolate syrup, or chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cup pieces)

Directions:

If you are substituting espresso with strong coffee, simply make a concentrate using two tablespoons of grounds, and 1/2-1 cup of water. While your coffee is brewing, heat the milk and your chocolate/peanut butter spread over medium heat in a sauce pan. Stir until the spread is thoroughly incorporated, being careful not to let the milk boil. Pour into a mug, and add sugar, if desired. If you have a frother, you can use it to froth the mixture. If frothed, pour the brewed coffee into one side of the milk to keep the rest of your foam intact. If you skipped the frothing step (it tastes the same, no biggie), simply pour in your coffee and top off with whipped cream, and whatever other toppings your sugary heart may desire. Cheers!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
