I previously wrote an article expressing my curiosity in how the film "Patriot's Day" would be. After seeing the movie, I have a lot of positive feedback from it.

I was originally skeptical of the movie because I did not know how accurate it would be in portraying the events. I did not know if it would exaggerate the events, or would add events in that did not occur. To my surprise, the movie was pretty much an exact expression as to what happened on April 15, 2013.

I really enjoyed how the director made the movie so that we could see that the people who were injured from the attacks were ordinary people just like us. The film opens with a young newlywed couple preparing for the day, where they would be seeing the Boston Marathon. They are innocent and normal, which is an accurate description of the common person who was at the race that day. They approached the day like any other and did not expect anything nearly close to what happened.

Although the part of the film in which the bombers themselves were portrayed was chilling and disturbing, it was very well thought out and accurate. The two men looked very much like the two men who carried out the attack. It really put things into perspective when the family of the older brother was born. The older brother had a wife and young child, both of which were shown in the film. This was disturbing to see, but also pointed out the reality that anyone can commit a heinous crime, even if they appear to be living a normal life. It was also disturbing to see the fact that after the two bombers committed the crime, they casually watched themselves on the news in their home, almost as if they were entertained.

My favorite part of the movie was the fact that the spirit and determination of Boston was portrayed throughout the whole plot. Some scenes were extremely intense, specifically the shootout in Watertown and the capture of Dzhokhar at the boat. While these scenes were intense, they showed immense amounts of strength, particularly with the police officers involved. It was amazing to see the pure determination and devotion the police officers had to protecting the city and getting revenge for the bombing . In the film, they were portrayed as heroes, which is how all police officers should be portrayed.

One of the most moving parts of the film was when the second bombing suspect, Dzhokhar, was captured and dozens of people ran out to celebrate. This scene symbolized the idea that the entire city came together in the wake of tragedy, which was moving and powerful. I believe that the movie was overall very accurate, moving, and emotional, and did justice to the fact that a horrible crime was committed in a city that did not deserve it.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
