Dear readers: I created this 10 day challenge about some of the core values I admire in people. Each day I will be writing about a new different value. Today is Day 2 and the core value today is: Patience

10 traits of a patient person

  • 1.He enjoys the process.

He enjoys the step that come before reaching a goal.

  • 2.He is mindful.

He enjoys the present fully.

  • 3.He trusts life.

He has faith in the future.

  • 4.He is patient with others.

He is empathetic with kids, senior citizens or anyone who requires patience.

  • 5.He does not try to change others.

He know he needs to accept others by who they are.

  • 6.He listens before reacting in an angry way.
  • 7.He reflects in the situation before acting.
  • He looks into all the options before making a decision.

  • 8.He accepts the fact that accomplishing goals takes time.

  • 9.He has a high tolerance for frustration.
  • He understands that his dreams will not be given to him in a silver platter.

  • 10. He takes small steps each day towards his goals.
  • He knows that he needs to be consistent and work by steps.

  • "Patience Activity". What activity can you do to work on this core value?

The first semester of college is famous for being one of the most difficult transitions of one's young adult life.
