In Native American traditions, one source of healing is through a medicine wheel. This "circle of life" embodies the four directions- North, East, South and West, and symbolizes dimensions of health and life cycles. Each direction is also assigned a color, which often varies throughout traditions and from tribe to tribe- white, yellow, red, and black.
With that foundation, you can create your own medicine wheel in any artistic or spiritual way possible! Sometimes you will see big wheels on the earth made of stones, paint and crystals, it could be in the form of a dream catcher, the wheel could be made from a crystal grid, or even a simple poster circle with each quadrant distinguished by only colors.
