The Boy Who Skips Stars on Lakes of Dreams

"He is spun of magic and light and the dreams of gods."

The Boy Who Skips Stars on Lakes of Dreams
Lisandra Soto

With one look he gives me everything I have ever wanted, A shiver down my spine

A stroke on my hand, a brush of the lips, a laugh

His voice is warm like golden sun unfolding every tight thing inside of me

He is spun of magic and light and the dreams of gods

The universe has a long memory but it has never seen someone like him

There was darkness then there where stars and when they exploded our particles came to earth It is from there that I know him,

it was from the beginning of time that I recognize his spirit, the stardust in me recognized the star dust in him

bound by a force more ancient than the world / in a million years, in a million lifetimesThat is my promise – that is what we all have - a promise, a hope, a journeys end

under new stars with new dreams

until the universe takes its last blinks

we are all part of a greater story listen lovers and fighters to another story

there was a good queen with a kingdom that she protected fiercely she was powerful in her own right and wise beyond her years

but love touches us all

there was a good king with his own kingdom that was his legacy a warrior bound to his land, to protect and love forevermore

the king and the queen fell in love but they had their own lands

so the universe decided that perhaps under new stars and another sun

time and love never correlate if only love was space

when you opened your eyes the sun got jealous because you can paint brightness in the world with your honey words and sugar intentions - the world should look out for you are brighter than the sun

the stars are jealous and they talked to fate so that we couldn’t be they knew we could raise the world in glory and then burn it down as long as we had each other

the constellations are jealous of your beauty and wish they could blink and look the way you do

more than that when you were born the jewels in the world stopped sparkling as brightly for you outshined them all

A catch in my breath, a lingering look, your hand on the small of my back

I look into your eyes and see so much that I had never seen before in any other pair The dreams of Alexander the great, the love and poetry of Fitzgerald, the intelligence of a genius

You took my hand and we could have conquered the world right there and then, if only you see mi amor the universe could not let such power exist on this earth so

You are gone now, but I trust, I look at the stars We are under the same ones Both part of a bigger story

I see our future, I see mitted hands in a red coat. Somewhere cold, unlike our homes; I see dark hair falling over my shoulders a black winter hat. My hand in your white mitted one with a light blue sweater and a smile matched with your brown neat fluffy hair

So I wish on every star in the sky one by one every night and I hope

That is all I can do, that is all anyone can do and I remember my promise.

In a million lifetimes - A promise, a hope, a journeys end

Greater stories will have their way, mi amor

Tamatoa created a liar filled with shiny things simply for the purpose of tricking fish to enter and become his food. He too experiences a lesson in how easy it is to be tricked by shiny things when Moana distracts him by covering herself in glowing algae so Maui can grab his hook.

Epic Creation Myths: Norse Origins Unveiled

What happened in the beginning, and how the heavens were set in motion.

The Norse Creation Myth

Now, I have the everlasting joy of explaining the Norse creation myth. To be honest, it can be a bit kooky, so talking about it is always fun. The entire cosmos is included in this creation myth, not just the earth but the sun and the moon as well. This will be a short retelling, a summary of the creation myth, somewhat like I did with Hermod's ride to Hel.
