While I am sure that we are all grateful that we do not have to pay to park, parking in Colter feels a lot like the Hunger Games. As Effie Trinket would say....
When you see a parking spot that you want...
When everyone is trying to park at the same time...
Mentally preparing yourself for parking in the far lot...
Psyching yourself up before you enter the parking lot..
When someone else takes the parking spot you want...
When you are parked in the first row...
When you're leaving and someone wants to take your spot...
When you consider parking in east Jesus nowhere....
Thoughts after walking from your car in the heat of the day...
When you get an amazing parking spot..
When you're walking and someone asks you if you're parked close...
These are just things we have learned to embrace because, hey, at least Colter is free parking, but free parking at GCU is nothing like free parking in monopoly. #pavecolter2k16
