You can pray for the wicked or listen to this playlist, whichever.

For whatever mood I'm in, Panic! At The Disco has been there for me. And when I'm in an especially angsty mood, P!ATD is definitely there for me. Here is my playlist that I hope you'll enjoy if there's ever a fever you can't sweat out.

1. "Nine In the Afternoon"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCto3PCn8wo

This is a 2008 classic and is still a song at the top of my playlist. It's such a feel good song that is easy to sing along... but like only at the top of your lungs. I never skip it when I'm on shuffle either.

2. "Silver Lining"

A newbie from Panic!'s new album, and a total bop. Not only is the beat catchy, but the lyrics speak to me when everything is just cherries on top.

3. "High Hopes"

This is another from their new album and this one just gets me so motivated. It reminds me that I can accomplish whatever I want, I just gotta have those high hopes and believe in myself.

4. "Say Amen (Saturday Night)"

Might as well throw in the only other song released from the new album, too. This is on the playlist as well because it's catchy, you can go hard to it, and it tells me to let loose which is probably what I need when I'm angsty anyways.

5. "I Write Sings Not Tragedies"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vc6vs-l5dkc

Yes, yes yes yes. For the truest of fevers you can't sweat out... there's this classic. This song is what really got Panic! At The Disco recognized and it's still being played on radios today. Anyone knows it, and it's an iconic time in Brendon Urie's life when he styled guy-liner so adorably. Or emo-y. I just think it's funny now. And this is why it'll forever be part of my playlist.

6. "This is Gospel"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGE381tbQa8

I used to not like this song because it was referenced to a Vine and was sort of mainstreamy, but once I got past that and actually listened, I loved it. Plus the chorus is the exact scream release I need.

7. "Golden Days"

This one gets me in my feels while still giving me that yelly chorus again. "From a night that time forgot," gets me every time.

8. "The Ballad of Mona Lisa"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOgpdp3lP8M

I'd pay to see her frown, too. It's so easy to sing this song just when I need a good wordy song to sing to. Ya know? You get it. And also, guy-liner again.

9. "Hurricane"

https://www.instagram.com/p/BS7om7aA1Jv/?taken-by=...

Another good beat to another good song of Panic!'s.

10. "Hallelujah"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gOgpdp3lP8M

Not a Christian song, lol, but it's got me singing along to every word.

I could add so many more songs, but these are the ones at the top of my playlist that always get me out of my moods. Thanks, Brendon Urie, for being Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die, and Pretty. Odd. ❤️

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate
Mental Floss

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way.
