The Office wouldn't be the same without Pam. She's quirky, sweet and an overall kind hearted person. Whether it was her adorable relationship with Jim, her strength to leave Dunder Mifflin to join the Michael Scott Paper Company or her determination to get into art school, Pam continues to be one of the most memorable characters from the show. Here are some of my favorite Pam moments that continue to make us laugh and cry.
When Jim gave Pam the teapot
Jim was so excited that he had gotten Pam for secret santa that he decided to include all of their inside jokes inside a teapot he knew she wanted - only for Dwight to end up with it during an unfortunate game of Yankee Swap (curtesy of Michael). However, in the end, Pam knew which present she really wanted, and ended up with Jim's gift. Too bad she didn't get to read his letter until the last season.
When she did the coal walk
This was a turning point for Pam, as she finally found a way to open up to Jim, as well as conquer her fear of doing the coal walk. It was just an episode later that Jim would end things with Karen and ask her to dinner, and Pam's confidence only went up from there.
When she created the logo for the local ad
The local ad episode was where Pam's artistic abilities truly began to shine. This was before she got into Pratt and before she was asked to create the mural for Nellie, leaving us unsure as to how good Pam actually was. And even though this logo never aired on television in Scranton, it was still magnificent, and her all nighter with Dwight and Michael paid off.
When she attended Michael and Jan's dinner party
Everyone knows how much of a mess THAT dinner party was, but it was Jim and Pam's reactions to Dwight's babysitter coming as his date, Michael's use of the word "afterbirth" and Jan believing Pam and Michael used to date that had the audience in hysterics. This reigns as one of the most uncomfortable episodes to date - aside from Scott's Tots. Maybe they're still enjoying their laptop batteries.
When she went on a lecture circuit with Michael
The lecture circuit showed Michael and Pam's friendship in a whole new light when she persuaded him to go and visit Holly in Nashua. However, it was also Pam's southern accent that got us laughing, as well as her bravery to talk to Karen and get some closure on their past with Jim.
When she made her first sale at the Michael Scott Paper Company
It was a bold move to go from being a receptionist at Dunder Mifflin to a saleswoman at the Michael Scott Paper Company. Yet, Pam seemed to make the successful transition. She made her first sale after meeting a man at the waffle breakfast they had that morning.
When she married Jim
Despite being pregnant and tending to Andy's scrotum the night before her wedding, Pam still managed to marry the man of her dreams at Niagra Falls. And we will never forget Jim's plan A of marrying her pretty much the day he met her.
When she decided to move to Austin with Jim
Perhaps the most tragic part of the entire series was seeing Jim and Pam argue throughout the last season. Whether you believe Pam should have let Jim follow his dreams or she should have stuck with her heart and fought to stay in Scranton, you could tell Jim and Pam ended up completely happy in the end.
