Going on a sunny vacation with friends this spring break? Mexico? Punta Cana? Anywhere warm?? Here's a list of easy things to forget in the midst of the excitement, but they're essential:

1. Bathing suits

You better not forget these. Pack at least two or three because ya never know!

2. Hats

The sun can take a toll on your face and eyes-- bring a hat to give it a break and block the rays.

3. Sunscreen

If you're going somewhere near the equator, it's smart to invest in a more expensive sunscreen that is sure to protect your skin. After all, the sun is just ~stronger~ down there.

4. Face masks

Skin care is super important on sunny vacations. Face masks are helpful, relaxing, and fun too!

5. Flip-flops

You'll need them for the beach, but probably won't want to wear them on the airplane...so don't forget to pack them in your suitcase!

6. Book

Bring a good book to let your mind wander while your laying on the beach or by the pool.

7. Sunglasses

Sunglasses are super easy to forget, but they're essential to any vacation in the sun! Don't be stuck squinting.

8. Chargers

Bring your regular wall charger and a portable one to bring to the beach and anywhere else you venture out to while traveling.

9. Aloe/Moisturizer

If you burn even after putting on sunscreen, have some aloe to help yourself out a bit. Moisturizer is important too! Use it every morning and night if you can.

10. Beach bag

You'll definitely need something to carry all your stuff in to the beach! Designate a bag that you don't mind getting a little sandy.

11. Passport

Leaving the country? THIS. IS. IMPORTANT. I mean, you can't even leave the airport without it...

12. Makeup bag and wipes

Although you'll be relaxing and all natural in the sun during the day, the night time could get fun and fancy. Don't forget your make up bag so you can do yourself up and the wipes to take it all of later when you hit the sheets.

13. Lip care products

Chapstick is crucial (with SPF of course)! Keep your lips healthy and happy.

14. Towel

Sometimes it's just nice to have your own beach towel if you have room in your suitcase!

15. Medicine

Sickness is super common on vacation-- especially if you're in a new country or on a different time zone. Advil is crucial and hangovers are real.

Christmas Tree

Now that Halloween is over, it's time to focus on the Holiday Season. Don't get me wrong, I think Thanksgiving is great and can't wait for it, but nothing gives me greater joy than watching Freeform's 25 Days of Christmas, lighting peppermint scented candles, decking the halls, and baking gingerbread cookies. So while we approach the greatest time of the year, let's watch the 15 best Christmas movies of all time.

6 Signs You Are An English Major

There are various stereotypes about college students, most of which revolve around the concept of your major. Unfortunately, we often let stereotypes precede our own judgments, and we take what information is immediately available to us rather than forming our own opinions after considerable reflection. If I got a dollar for every time my friends have made a joke about my major I could pay my tuition. One stereotype on campus is the sensitive, overly critical and rigid English major. Here are six telltale signs you are one of them.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. Ever heard of “pain is temporary, but GPA is forever?” Pre-meds don’t just embody that motto; we live and breathe it. Here are 10 symptoms you’re down with the pre-med student syndrome.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
