You see a dude in his pajamas, riding a scooter, eating a bagel and you think "now that's a smart kid."

1. Cheaper is always better.

In high school you always had to have the new cool thing, in college you call it's a successful day if you score a deal on a shirt at Goodwill.

2. Staying out late is cool and all, but you'd rather go to bed at 8.

In high school you'd pull all-nighters over the weekend just to say you did, but in college all-nighters only happen during finals week because every other day we'd much rather go to bed around 8.

3. Studying actually happens.

You can't just breeze by with doing the homework because in college there really isn't homework, it's just studying. And studying is cool because jobs are cool and being financially stable is cool.

4. Eating alone becomes normal.

You used to eat with you squad at your specific lunch table, but in college you're just lucky if you have 5 minutes to yourself to eat in your dorm room alone before your next class.

5. Grocery Shopping.

When you lived at home you went grocery shopping if your mom forced you too, now you go because you actually have to provide for yourself and you need to find all the good deals. Also, I used to dread leftovers but now when I go home some weekends I pack up all the leftovers in the house and bring them back with me.

6. Judge-free zone.

You look at people trying new things or doing something different and you think that's one smart dude. Whether it be riding a razor scooter to class, wearing something you never thought was a possibility but it looks so dang comfortable, or even just having fun in a new way. No judgment here in college, we're all in this together. We're all sleep deprived, stressed, and hungry... that pretty much sums it up.

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

Blair Waldorf

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. She taught us everything we needed to know about life, love and of course, how to score a Chuck Bass. So the next time you feel a bit lost and are in need of guidance, look no further than to the Queen B herself.

As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help.
