Dear Reader,
I want to thank you for finding interest in this letter, opening it and giving it a chance to make you feel a little better, if not a lot, than you are currently right now.
Every day you face challenges and struggles in life that can either test your limits or, in turn, push you overboard.
On one hand, you can quickly spiral upward with positive spirits and a healthy mindset- knowing you have overcome a certain obstacle you have come into contact with. However, on the other hand, you sometimes beat yourself up and spiral downward with negative spirits and an unhealthy mindset-leaving you feeling defeated and even helpless.
The challenges that we as human have to face, often leave us with lessons to learn a lot from.
Think of a time where you have recently been faced with a challenge and ask yourself whether these questions come into mind:
1) What can I do to avoid dealing with this right now?
2) Who can I trust with advice on this?
3) How am I going to get through this alone?
If so, here are some answers to those previous questions and input I have for you; take it as you will:
1) Read a book, write in a journal, listen to music, dance like no one is recording you on video, go on a walk, do some yoga, exercise, cook, craft, hang out with family or friends, surround yourself with people who you know can always make you laugh and smile- the list here is endless. This list here, all depends on how you wish to escape from your challenges in order to later face them with more strength and confidence that you will defeat them.
2) A family member, friend, an older role model, your idol, etc. However, sometimes you may feel as if you need to turn to someone else who will give you a different perspective than usual. This is when you can resort to therapists, or even strangers you encounter with daily, etc.- you would be surprised with how friendly some people can be when it comes to helping others out and wanting nothing in return for it.
3) No matter how much you think you are alone in anything you are facing in life- the truth is you are not. You will always have a loved one, family member or friend who is supporting you the entire way. You will always have your guardian angels with you in spirit- looking down on you and protecting you from anything they can.
Whenever there comes a time in your life where you feel like:
You want to avoid anything challenging life may throw your way, you do not have the strength to move forward or you feel helpless and all alone know this:
Your heart and where your mindset is when you are facing challenges in life can truly help you a ton.
If you always follow your heart, you will in turn always make decisions that in those times you felt were worth chasing after or ones you felt passionate about.
If you have the right mindset when taking on anything in life, then nothing will ever come in the way of what you have been set out to accomplish.
Yours Truly,
Someone Who Wants to See you Smile Again
