The people I get to call my best friends are my world. Although our numbers are small, the group I give my trust to is mighty. Without their love and loyalty, I have no idea where I would be today. It's because of them I have a support system and that I get to live my life to the fullest with great company, and I hope I get to do the same for them. Through all the memories, both good and bad, there are a couple things I need to thank my best friends for. Thank you for...

1. Your patience

I'll be the first to say that being best friends with someone isn't always fun. And when it comes to being my friend, I know it can't be easy. So thank you for putting up with me.

2. Your honesty

What is friendship without honesty? Thank you for telling me the truth, even if it's painful. You have my best interest at heart and I appreciate you looking out for me.

3. Your shoulder to cry on

Your arms are the first I run to when my heart is broken. Or when I need to rant. No matter what emotion, you're there to let me let it all out.

4. Your forgiveness

Sometimes I mess up, but it never takes too long before we both wave our white flags. Your ability to let me back in is amazing, thank you.

5. Your open mind

No matter what crazy idea I come with, you're willing to hear me out. You always try to understand my point of view, which is amazing.

6. Your humor

They say laughter is the best medicine, and that's true when it comes to us. I live for the days and nights where we laugh so hard our stomachs hurt. Thank you for keeping a smile on my face.

7. Your advice

Even if it's tough for me to hear, I know you probably know what's best. I would be lost half the time without your guidance and your two cents.

9. Your support

You're my number one fan and believe in my dreams. You encourage me to take risks and chase after what I want, thank you for giving me the confidence to be my best self.

10. For being you

Last but not least, thank you for being who you are. No two best friends are the same, and there are so many other things that make our friendship so special. Thank you for being in my life! :)

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
