Since when did you get so caught up in posting about your love-life, social-life and family-life all over Instagram and Twitter instead of simply calling your significant other, meeting up with your friends and spending time with your family?
Take a look at this news head line:
Sure, "pictures are worth a thousand words" but in the social media world those words, pictures and posts are fabricated. Everyone just "does it" for the "feel- good", stimulated "like". Ay, it's a rush that uplifts your personal ego, am I wrong?

In all seriousness, when did you become so dependent on all of this, the follows and likes? It seems like you don't know much vocabulary anymore besides #hashtags and Kardashian language. If it's not posted for the Snap, did it really even happen?
Remember when Kim K didn't post a thing:
You seem so different on Instagram and Twitter. Does it make you feel cool since you're not really much of a character in person? Are you in touch with yourself or with your followers? When is the last time you've opened a book or connected with an old friend with a lunch date?
Maybe instead of wishing somebody a "happy birthday" on their wall, a physical call would be better? I mean man, can't you tell? Half of our news-feed is for the likes, for the views and for the gossipers.
Let me tell you this, all of your platformed interactions you display on a basis, yes, it's an addiction. I can't even have a normal conversation with you without you scrolling through your Instagram feed, like hello, I'm right here.
The online world, is just a bunch of codes, literally. So, don't get too stressed about it. If you feel like you need to prove something to your Twitter followers or Instagram friends, you don't. Don't fall into the stupidity trap of like for likes. Now, I can see, as well as all your online friends, that life is treating you great and I'm super happy for you but is a post about it everyday super necessary?

People are living and thriving off your social mediated consumption.
Don't be that person that counts how many likes they've received in the past 60 seconds.
Don't be that person that stresses over which filter to use and which picture to post.
Don't be that person that is glued to their feeds, checking up on things.
Don't get trapped into a platform that isn't real.
