Dear naysayers of coupons,
You clearly have not investigated this money saving tools. As a college student, money is one of those things that doesn't stick around very often. I am letting in on an insider secret: use coupons. I know cutting out coupons can make you feel 20 years older than you actually are, so if you really have a problem with that use those apps like Groupon or RetailMeNot. Yes, it is worth space on your phone. Or google them! Because in today's society, you can literally google anything. If you google coupons there are many websites with coupons, including coupons.com but also free coupons for basically anything you could possibly need. But if you don't have any problems with clipping coupons and using store perks, jump on the bandwagon. Part of being in college is realizing that lovely pride you built up needs to fall a little if that involves you saving some serious cash when you buy some snacks or some makeup to hide the sleep you haven't been getting, then do it. I mean probably the first couple times you go with your coupons on hand with feel a little strange since it's a new world for you but if you are cutting your bill half, I don't think you should mind in the slightest. I am not telling you to become one of those extreme couponing moms who gets money back every time she heads to the grocery store but instead of having some much pride when it comes to paying for stuff, use that coupon your mom gave you and you left on your desk to throw out. Part of college and life is being a little shameless and sometimes for some people that involve using a coupon or two.
Sincerely, that girl who has a stack of coupons and store rewards doing just like your mom
