Online Shopping: The Holy Grail

Shopping really is an addiction. Just look at my credit cards. With all the online shopping now a days you never have to leave your house, which is convenient especially during the colder months. Here is my list of my favorite online shopping sites. Each site I have personally tried. I have not been affiliated with any of these websites and these are my honest opinions. Everything I have purchased through these websites I paid for with my own money. Now for the fun part!

1. www.tobi.com

Tobi is a clothing website that I’ve been obsessed with since senior year of high school. They are always having sales, and when you sign up your first order is 50% off (original price). My only reservation about this website is you do have to be aware of your measurements. I normally measure myself every two months and keep a post it with the measurements written down so I can be sure.of what size to get. They have free shipping on orders over $50 and send out emails when promotions are going on!

2. www.charmingcharlie.com

Accessorizing is a must and charming charlie makes it easy. If you are ever near a charming charlie store, do yourself a favor and go in. The accessories are organized by color and it’s honestly mesmerizing. Online shopping is made easy and I love all their products. Everything is sturdy and high quality and the pricing is reasonable. Shipping over 50+ and you get unique jewelry, handbags and other accessories at this one stop online shop!

3.www.sophieandtrey.com

My friend showed me this website months ago and I fell in love. The clothing, although isn’t always true to size, is definitely worth the risk when it comes to online shopping. They do have relatively good deals and they send out emails when they are having big promotions. Consider this website if you’re looking for everyday clothing.

4.www.fashionnova.com

This website is ideal for women who still go out to bars and clubs and don’t want the same outfit in all their instagrams! The website is moderately priced so you can get multiple outfits without breaking the bank. Like I said, I come to this website when I want to buy something to go out in. The sizes aren't necessarily true to size though, so when shopping at Fashion Nova, make sure you see what size the model is wearing before you pick what size you need, A lot of the models are more curvy than me at least, so I have to be careful.

5. https://twentynine11boutique.com/

I just got to know this online boutique through one of my roommates and I absolutely love it. It is probably the priciest out of the five, but still very reasonable. The quality in clothing is really well and I feel like all of the selection is very unique. It is still up and coming and I really love that when shopping, especially when you get to tell a friend about a place they haven’t heard of yet! This boutique is on the rise, so watch out! Follow their instagram for free giveaways and check out their sale items, they are to die for!

I hope you get a chance to look at some of these websites and give them a try. I am always looking to buy more clothes (as if i actually need to) so leave me a comment about your online shopping experiences, I’d love to hear about them, both good and bad!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
