Online Shopping: A Girl's Best Friend

As summer is coming to an end, I bet your wardrobe is too. I know I personally am struggling to find an outfit I haven’t already worn out once or twice or am constantly trying to find something new. Going back to school means back-to-school shopping. I have a love/hate with back-to-school shopping because of one thing: prices. So many of my favorite stores, such as Nordstrom, Free People and Urban Outfitters, can be more on the expensive side therefore I am unable to get everything I want. For those of you who are looking to add more to your college wardrobe and not spend too much money here are some stores to fill your closet, that are both affordable and trendy. Enjoy!

1. Riff Raff
This store is probably one of my favorite online boutiques. They sell everything from dresses, tops, and bottoms to accessories such as jewelry and bags. Some of the things on the site can run a little pricey but overall the prices aren’t too bad and their Snapchat is always giving out promo codes for discounts!

2. Dainty Hooligan
This boutique carries all types of clothing, but I come here when I am looking for dresses. Almost all the dresses on this site are under $45 dollars and are true to size. They also carry cute rompers and jumpsuits which are a big trend right now.

3. Sosie
This boutique is another one of my personal favorites because of the styles and trends they carry. Shop Sosie is always adding new clothes, ranging from bohemian to clean and classic. This boutique is another personal favorite of mine.

4. The Rage
Shop the Rage has everything a girl can want and more. One of my favorite things to shop for here is shoes, they carry all kinds of booties, sandals and wedges. Don’t get me wrong, the clothing is just as good as the shoes are too. The Rage also has a fashion blog with tips and outfit combinations to inspire your style.

5. The Mint Julep
The Mint Julep is a boutique that tends to be more on the prep side than my own personal style, but can also carry cute things that are more bohemian and urban. For those who like to dress more preppy and in bright colors, this boutique is the one for you.

6. Impressions
Impressions is a boutique that carries different styles and trends. Almost anyone can find something that fits their unique style. This boutique posts new arrivals everyday and has personal online stylists who can help you.

7. Shoptiques
Shoptiques is one of my newer discoveries, and I couldn’t be more happy that I stumbled across it. Shoptiques is literally the most genius thing in the fashion world, like ever. It is an online shop that allows you to shop local boutiques around the country and some European ones. There are over 1,500 boutiques who are part of the site. Shoptiques prices vary a lot because the clothing is coming from different places, but you can still find a lot of great deals, and it has a mobile app!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
