Growing up I used to love a lot of different television shows whether it was on PBS Kids, Disney, Cartoon Network, or Nickelodeon. Sure, a child should never be directly placed in front of a tv all day, but when I was tired or it was late outside or even too cold to play outside I would play in front of the tv or just sit down and relax as I enjoyed the goofy characters on the screen. However, there are some shows today that people can’t seem to remember and if I asked someone, “Do you remember The Rugrats?” I would just get weird looks like someone’s never heard of that show before. I thought I’d do something fun and different this week. I’m going to place a few quotes and/or a picture from my top 10 favorite shows growing up and let’s see how many you’ll get right. The answers will be at the very end.

1. “Woah, Just take it easy man.”
“Hey, Don’t beat that boy with a banana!”
“Pip pip da doodly do”
“There’s a New Jersey?” “Yeah, they just opened it.”

2. “You got it dude.”
“How rude!”
“Have mercy.”
“This could be a pretty scary thing to wake up to. Patrick Swayze. Now, that says “Good morning.”

3.

4. “Ya Nasty.”
“My name is Corey, and this is my story. Two times two equals forty.”
“Oh snap.”
“I’ll probably be an old, bitter lady. Alone with 27 cats.”

5.

6.

7. “Judge, where are your nachos?”
“Dracula don’t bite; that’s a myth. Dracula scrape and lick.”
“Why don’t you love me dad? I can be anything you want me to be.” “I want you to be dead.”
“Ah yes my favorite part of the day. The obituaries.”

8. “Baby girl, we’ve been through this before. No dating until after you’re married.”
“Penny, you’re the smartest person in this class...well except for the chang triplets.”

9. “I’m ready!”
“We stole a balloon.”
“Meow, meow, meow…” “He has such a way with words.”
“I hate all of you.”

10. “Smashing.”
“I can talk to animals.”
“Excuse me while I go find a container for my joy.”
“Don’t you ever get sick of sitting around?” “I’m not sitting. I’m deep cleansing.”

11. “Octi says you should do what you want to do.”
“Sugar, spice, and everything nice. These are the ingredients chosen to create the perfect little girls.”
“Oh I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!”
“My daddy buys me anything I want.”

12.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
