An Ode To Waffle House

If you have never been to Waffle House, you're missing out in life. There's nothing better than crunchy hash browns, chocolate milk, and gooey eggs. Waffle House is truly an experience. First of all, you get to see all of the cooking action that is usually behind the scenes up close and personal. This makes me feel good seeing my food being cooked right in from of me. Some people are weird or suspicious while eating out. At Waffle House, there's no need to question the freshness or quality of your food.

One time I went to Waffle House and wasn't hungry so I only ordered a hot chocolate. The waitress put a ton of whipped creme and tiny chocolate chips on top. It was the best hot chocolate of my life. My family has made it a tradition the past few years to eat breakfast at Waffle House before cutting our Christmas tree down. I always order hot chocolate and it always puts me in the Christmas spirit.

If you've never been to Waffle House, I beg you to please look up the closest location to you and go there asap. You won't regret it.

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
