I can always count on you to comfort me at night,

And even during the day you will always hold me tight.


Waking up in the morning is never a race,

I always take my time and go at a slow pace.


You are next to my window but away from my door,

And definitely above all the clothes on my floor.


You are the stage that allows my dreams to be free,

Others may take you for granted but certainly not me.


Some days you are my best friend and other days you’re a mess,

But every single day you're a place for my dog to rest.


You keep me warm when it is very cold,

You are the bet piece of furniture that has ever been sold.


You support my pillows, which will support my head,

You are my comfortable, warm and trustworthy bed.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
