OCD stands for obsessive compulsive disorder. Of course, just like anything else, there are major and minor cases that make up this disorder. Because I was never specifically diagnosed with OCD, I cannot say that I actually have the disorder, but I do think I show minor symptoms of it.
For example, when I am sitting at my desk, I constantly have to look to the left of my computer to make sure the charger is straight and at a particular angle, or keep shifting my computer so that is in the position I want it to be in. Another example is that I feel a constant need to observe everything around me to make sure I know which position it is in. It's hard to explain in words, but if something is not in a specific angle or position, I feel the need to correct it in the way I want it. It's just the little things that other people wouldn't necessarily have the need to fix, but I do. It is actually very bothersome and tiring to have to constantly do these things.
I know a lot of people say that they have OCD like it's a normal thing. Because statistics show that only a small percentage of people actually suffer from the disorder, I most likely do not actually have it, only have similar symptoms of it. But please know that OCD is a serious disorder and major cases can be very suffering to deal with!
