Track in field is always an highly competitive event in the Olympics since the age of Jessie Owens winning Olympic gold in 1936 at the Berlin games. In the modern ages and over the last few years, Jamaica has become a powerhouse for producing track and field talent year after year. Usain Bolt. Remember that face and name because he has further imprinted himself into the history books. After doing what many have not been able to do, especially in the competitive events of Track and Field, Bolt is the fastest man in the world. But will more gold medals be in his future?
The lightning Bolt now has nine gold medals to his name, he's mentioned retirement since 2013 ,but will he now reconsider with the more abundant success or just leave the sport he loves now on top as one of the greatest runners of all time? This still remains a question, but for many fans across the globe it would be awesome to see Bolt run one more time on the big stage in 2020 at the Tokyo Olympics. But does this amazing personality and Olympian have anything else to prove to anyone? At first glance, no. But that doesn’t mean that he won’t be aggressive to strike gold again and again in 2020 his fan base is definitely strong and growing at a time where Bolt is becoming everyone's favorite smooth and cocky guy to bet on. At the same time, he also adds a sense of pride to his country of Jamaica.
It will be increasingly interesting to see what Bolt will decide to do by 2020 he would be pushing 34 years of age. But he will still be considered to have the fastest moving feet in the world. No matter what he decides, Bolt will forever go down in history as one of the greatest Olympians ever and will always be a living legend in his own right.
