Big Sister,
You're kind of cool I guess. I mean, we used to fight and bicker all the time, especially when you saw me in the same out and refused to let that happen, but I think we have gotten better as we have gotten older. That might, partly, be because we have such different styles and you dress so much classier than me, ya know, in my combat boots.
Anyway, I wanted thank you for always being the one to drive us everywhere, as you know I am lazy and hate driving. Also, thanks for always having to experience all this 'adulting' stuff first so I can ask you how to adult as the situations arise for me. (Remember when we had the same teacher or professor and I could use your notes instead of mine because I am a terrible note taker? I did good in school because of you... well, certain classes, anyway.)
I would also like to apologize for all those times I was a brat when we were younger. I guess I just liked abusing the 'little sister' stereotype and get you in trouble when you really didn't do anything. But, hey, you survived that and now you live on your own with a great job. You survived my wrath and our fighting... you can do anything!
You are a professional at putting up with being my, as I call it, 'personal stylist.' Whether it is when I Snapchat you early in the morning asking you if my outfit looks okay or if we are actually out shopping and I constantly ask you question after question. "Can I pull these pants off?" "Only if you don't go out in public."
Oh, and never let me forget to thank you for all the times you painted my nails with the fanciest designs, put up with my Friday night 80's dancing and singing and making me think I was funnier than I ever was while we played our games of 'Don't Make Me Laugh.'
You are a trooper. I don't know how you put up with me and my terrible antics as a kid. For all these reasons and more, you are pretty cool, and I'm super proud of where you are today. You may not know it, but I secretly look up to you. Why wouldn't I want to be happy doing something I like everyday?
Love,
Sis
