This Is Not Goodbye, But See You Soon

We may be going our separate ways, but you will always hold a special place in my heart.

This Is Not Goodbye, But See You Soon

To my best friends,

After being inseparable for about 10+ years, our journey has finally come to an end. As we each go away to different schools I can't help but think of all the memories we share. Each and every memory I look back and reflect upon from all the vacations, sleepovers, and games, each one of you are there.

Not only did I share memories with each of you, I also learned from you guys and our friendships. You guys taught me how to love and forgive. We had the type of friendships where we could go a few days, and maybe even several weeks, without talking, but I could still count on you. It's gonna be weird being a good distance from each of you. I wish that you guys have a bright and happy future as we part our ways.

Thanks for all the great advice that you all shared with me, even if I never listened.

Thanks for listening to problems and being my shoulder to cry on. I'll always remember our late night talks where we could talk about anything from cute boys to our favorite foods.

Thank you for making me laugh so hard I almost pee myself, literally. I know I can count on you to not judge me for who I am. I hope our friendships last forever because there is no other friendship I would want to replace the ones that we share.

You guys hold a special place in my heart, and I am forever thankful for that. As we part our ways I want to wish all of you the best of luck! I know you guys are gonna kill it with your future. You all are so inspiring to me. I wish you guys luck with school, boys, and any other obstacles life throws your way.

I'm gonna miss each of you so much. I can't wait for the holidays when we all come home and can get together again, until then, I'll see you guys soon!

Love you guys forever.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
