Anyone who knows me is aware of my love for driving and listening to my favorite songs. New Music Fridays on Spotify are days that I live for. I make playlists like it's my job and the names should win awards, just ask my sister. The two of us have finally gotten my entire family on the Spotify bandwagon. Free Spotify for me, how lucky am I?! Bless the family plan. Anyway, let us get to the real reason I am writing this article.
You know those songs that you can't stop playing over and over again and it's as if the song was written about you? What about getting caught up in all of your feels while driving and listening to a song you haven't heard before. The song just clicks and you know it's going to be your favorite for a while. Sometimes I get so lost in my music and singing as loud as I can that I make the wrong turn.
I have had these experiences with most all of Noah Kahan's music. If you have no idea who he is yet, then you need to get in the know. Wikipedia describes his style as folk-infused pop. I like to describe it as a breath of fresh air. I always feel rejuvenated and in touch with my emotions whenever I tune in to listen to him. His newest song Come Down has me clinging to every single word. I honestly don't think I have heard a song of his that I don't like.
Do yourself a favor and look up his album, Hurt Somebody. This man is 21 years old and wise beyond his years. I mean, if you haven't heard his song Hurt Somebody with Julia Michael you must be living under a rock. The only rock I want to be under is one where Noah Kahan is serenading me to sleep. With that, I will leave you with just one more thing, the URL link to Noah Kahan's music.
You're welcome.
P.S. There are more on Spotify. I would have already stopped reading this article by now and began listening if I were you.
