My Outfit Does Not Say Touch Me So Don't Touch Me

Just because a girl is wearing a "hot" outfit doesn't give you the right to grab or touch her.

My Outfit Does Not Say Touch Me So Don't Touch Me

I was wearing a red suede dress, with heels of course. Minding my own business enjoying the concert. You came up to me and asked if I wanted to dance, I said yes.

You're a friend of a friend so I had no problem dancing with you, I didn't think you would try anything.

We were talking while dancing but the music was so loud you said you wanted to go outside to talk. I kept saying what? I couldn't hear you, then you grabbed my hand and started pulling me towards the exit.

At that moment I felt uncomfortable and I honestly didn't want to go but you're a friend of a friend so I didn't want to be mean. I pulled my hand out of yours and followed you out.

We got outside and I said "ok we're out here, what did you want to talk about what you couldn't say inside?" and you just kept walking out into the parking lot, my dumbass kept following but you finally stopped in front of a car.

Again I asked why we were out here talking when we could've talked inside. You said the music was too loud and you couldn't hear me. You started a simple conversation asking me how my friends were and if we were staying in town since the concert was a few hours away from home.

I was talking and then you grabbed my face and forcefully kissed me. I pushed away and said no NO, you grabbed my waist and pulled me back against you. AGAIN I PUSHED MYSELF AWAY FROM YOU AND YOU WOULDN'T LET GO. WHY? I never said I wanted to kiss you, I NEVER said I wanted you to kiss me. I NEVER said yes kiss me, yes pull me against you, yes don't let me go.

You then started unzipping your pants, after seeing that I didn't want any physical interaction with you, you STILL unzipped your pants?

That was the moment I ran away from you and went back into the venue to look for my friends. Many are probably thinking why didn't you do that in the first place? Well, I never thought he was going to forcefully try anything, it all happened to fast while he was still holding my arm so I wouldn't leave.

What I wear does not give you the right to inappropriately touch me. My forehead DOESN'T say "touch me", my outfit DOESN'T say "touch me", my body DOESN'T say "touch me", I am NOT saying TOUCH ME so do NOT, I repeat DO NOT touch me.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
