"Girls." Have you heard of it? No??? It is only the greatest show to hit the TV since "Entourage." Think about it as "Sex and the City," just 10 times more realistic. Girls is about a group of women living in New York City. This series goes through all of their daily struggles, wild nights out, employment stories, and boy problems. It is as real as it gets and I think every girl can find at least one character to relate to! When it comes to getting through college, I use this show as a reminder that no matter how awful my day is going, I will be able to get through it!

The cast of "Girls" are a little too old for college but they still party just as hard as us! They truly understand the struggle of preparing for a night out. From picking out the perfect outfit to avoiding your ex boyfriend at the bar, these Girls have got the routine down.

UCF might not have frat parties, but it's okay because our bar life makes up for it! We have at least five bars within a mile of campus and most of them have amazing student deals! From Caddy Shanks to Stagger there are more than enough places for students to have a good night. The cast of Girls would for sure turn up at UCF.

1. Submitting all of your last minute assignments before you get ready

8/10 on my reading quiz, that will do!

2. Convincing your roommates that Hump Day is the best excuse to go out

2 more days til Friday, let's celebrate!

3. But I mean Monday night too because we get into Pub free

Mondays don't always have to be awful!

4. Trying on a million outfits and then just settling

Screw it, I'm wearing the first outfit I tried on

5.Getting the whole squad to go out

The whole gangs here!

6. When Pub is too packed and you can't get to the bar

Drowning in a crowd of people is possible.

7. But you finally get a drink and the night is off to a good start

2 more of these and I'll be good for the night.

8. Your song comes on and you can't help but sing

Firework is on and I know you all know the lyrics...

9. Doing anything to get this gross guy to stop hitting on you

Can you tell I'm uninterested?

10. But he buys you a drink and thinks you're pretty so you stick it out for the next 5 minutes

Well I guess he's not that bad.

11. The first bar fight of the night breaks out

Security will break this up in the next 30 seconds.

12. And everyone is pushing you to get through the bar

This is abuse!

12. The line for the bathroom is out the door

'

Maybe not the best time to break the seal.

13. You're over Pub and its time to go to Stag

Free cover at 12!

12. The next guy to hit on you is like kinda cute

Maybe I'll actually give this guy my real number!

13. But then he spills his drink on you by mistake

I knew he was too good to be true!

14. Your friends are bored but you're not ready to leave yet

"It's not even 1 yet!!"

16. But then one of them vomits

"Amber, I told you to not drink that loaded corona... "

15. Ugh just one more song then you can leave

Fine we can leave after this song..

16. Coming home and eating everything in sight

Grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, and pasta for 1

17. Getting that 2 AM Booty call like

I think I'll just call it a night!

10 Thoughts Of A 5th Year Senior

What about those of us who don't do it all in four years?

"College will be the best four years of your life" is a phrase that we have all heard growing up. College is painted as a magical place to us while we are in high school. A place you go to learn, meet your best friends and probably have the time of your life while all of this is going down. Four whirlwind years, where everything that you've known changes and you start to learn what it means to live on your own, have a job, etc. But what about those of us who don't do this all in four years? Major changes, hard courses, switching schools, career paths changing, these are just a handful of factors that could extend your four years to five, six or seven. There is nothing wrong with taking extra time to graduate, but returning as a fifth-year is a little different. Most of your best friends have most likely graduated and moved and while you may be one of the oldest undergraduates on campus, you might feel as awkward as a freshmen. A world that became home and comfortable to you is still there but it's slightly different than you've known it to be and you have to find a groove to fall into. These are thoughts you'll have as you look ahead to returning to your college campus, with a victory lap planned.

Aubrey Plaza is one of my favorite humans in Hollywood. She's honest, blunt, unapologetic, and hilarious. I just started my sophomore year of college, and found that some of her best moments can accurately describe the start of the school year.

1. When your advisor tells you that you should declare a major soon.

2. Seeing the lost and confused freshmen and remembering that was you a short year ago, and now being grateful you know the ins and outs of the campus.

3. Going to the involvement fair to sign up for more clubs knowing that you are already too involved.

4. When you actually do the reading required for the first class.

5. Seeing your friends for the first time since last semester.

6. When you're already drowning in homework during syllabus week.

7. Realizing you don't have the same excitement for classes as you did as a freshman.

8. Going home and seeing people from high school gets weirder the older you get.

20 Things You Forgot To Thank Your Mom For

Moms are super heroes dressed in yesterday's clothing and they deserve an award for that.

Dear Mom,

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.
