Many of us went through the last year of high school yearning for the freedom and change that college would bring. However, the panic finally hits most of us as move in day quickly approaches. We are all feeling feelings that none of us were prepared for; we have no clue what we are doing. And there are so many things on our minds...
1. My dog has no idea I'm coming back. (Sorry Rusty I wish I could explain)
2. What's the first mistake I'm going to make?
3. How many times will I get lost? How many wrong buildings will I walk into? Do I even know how to read a map?
4. Free pizza delivery. (happy thoughts)
5. Why did I take biology?
6. Do I actually have to go?
7. Are four hours of listening to Taylor Swift going to be enough?
8. How long will it take for me to know more than 5 other people on campus?
9. How much crying is too much crying?
10. I brought 80 clothes hangers, will that be enough?
This is such an overwhelming time for the 18 million kids going to college this year. We all brag about "living our adult lives" but, are any of us really ready for this?
