Country Music's Next Big Thing: Bailey Bryan

Country music's next big thing has arrived and her name is Bailey Bryan.

Bailey Bryan is a 19 year old aspiring country singer from Sequim, WA who made her start by playing her guitar and singing in front of her hometown taco stand. She moved across the country to pursue her dream, and ended up in Nashville, TN.

Bailey, in the past few years, has signed a double record deal with Warner Music Nashville and 300 Entertainment and has one single out so far : "Own It."

An amazing mix of relatable lyrics and astounding vocals, I am here to say Bailey Bryan is music's next big thing and that her music has a very good chance of blowing up in the next few months!

She is currently on tour and has opened for artists like Dan + Shay, Macklemore, and most recently Kane Brown.

These supporting artists are key to getting her name out there and I highly recommend following her on social media and checking out her acoustic song covers on Youtube. She does acoustic versions of her own songs as well as those of her influences, like Drake!

So please, check this new artist out, give her your support, and like/follow her social media!

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.
