We all fixate ourselves on setting these outrageous New Year's resolutions. We tell ourselves we are going to be super model skinny or quit something cold turkey. This year instead of making these huge resolutions, let's make small positive changes in our lives that together will give us the resolution we imagined.

2. Make time to do a devotion daily.

3. Pray daily, not forgetting to count your blessings.

30. Drink that extra soda you need to get through the day.

31. Don't go to bed with an angry heart.

32. Go to the gym.

33. Put your phone down and enjoy the moment!

34. Go on a road trip.

35. Treat every goodbye as if it was your last, because it could be.

36. Don't take anything for granted.

37. Go on an exotic date.

38. Pay for someone else's food in the drive through.

39. Go on late night adventures.
