This is a popular New Year's resolution but often times this is easier said than done.

Reality: Eat all the junk food a week after New Year's day.

2. Get In Shape

This is also another popular New Year's resolution but just like the first, is easier said than done.

3. Save more money

People want to save money especially after Christmas but after a hard day, some retail therapy is needed!

Reality: Walk out of the store with two pairs of the same shoe but in different colors.

4. Get more sleep

This can be hard when you are in college and have so much studying and homework to do so staying up late is your only option. The this becomes a vicious never-ending cycle.

Reality: Stay up all night long.

5. Read More

I try to read before going to bed but binge watching Friends sounds so much better.

Reality: Watch Netflix instead.
