In This Article:

I love New Year's, but I hate New Year's Resolutions. The "old me" will do just fine in 2019 and here are a few reasons why:

1. There does not need to be a "new me" every New Year.

2. The old me has matured so much in 2018 and will continue to do so in 2019.

3. The old me will not tolerate unrealistic promises I try to commit to.

4. The old me is tired of dealing with non-sense, and will not allow herself to forget that she does not live to impress others.

5. The old me has finally discovered who she is and will continue  to discover more about herself in 2019.

6. I am not ready to let go of the old me.

7. If the old me survived 2018, then she can survive anything!

If you like the old you keep him or her. There is no reason to become a new person every New Year.
