Why you should say NO to New Year’s Resolutions
Every year you make new resolutions . . .
Let me guess
- Lose Weight
- Go to the Gym
- Eat Right
2.) Do random acts of kindness
3.) Get in touch with old friends
4.) Spend more time with family
5.) Ditch social media occasionally
And every year these resolutions fizzle out within two months of the new year. That’s why this year I’m not committing to these declarations, but committing to being more thoughtful of them throughout the entire year. By September through December these resolutions have disappeared. Being mindful of healthy eating throughout the year or calling an old friend to go out for coffee or drinks later in the autumn season. I’d like to accomplish this new way of fulfilling my 2017 life changes. I encourage you to try as well.
