Since I've been home, I've been back to my habit of watching the Food Network on a daily basis. I find this to be the most pleasant source of entertainment, but am rarely moved enough to actually make anything. Yet as the Thanksgiving specials have been pouring in, there have been various dishes that have caught my eye. Many seem so easy but also new, original and fun!
