Thank god spring finally sprung
My spirit was getting kinda cold and numb
The sky a muttered dusk, as the sun falls
I see how you could go crazy
among so many people, and so young
on this college play ground you might get lost and found
cause guys want dolls and people are dumb
so don't go crazy
little daisy
let loose, get hazy little daisy
but don't get lost and get all lazy
cause little daisy
people get dumb
To the fountain people come
I wonder why water is so fun
Like a waterfall, I want to drop all calls
I think everyone grows more crazy
When their internal thoughts go unsung
I miss the magic I felt when I was young
Now society calls, and there fairies are dumb
These days all I want to do is run
Ain't it fun, feeling loosely tied to the earth
To me a run is something more than just fun
so don't go crazy
little daisy
let loose get hazy, little daisy
but don't get lost and get all lazy
cause little daisy
people get dumb
