Nirvana's second album "Nevermind" turns 25 this month and photographer Kirk Weddle has unveiled new behind the scenes photos from the shooting of the iconic album cover.

Nirvana was a rock band that was active from 1987-94, the group disbanded after Kurt Cobain, the lead singer and songwriter committed suicide on April 5, 1994. Although the band released only three full-length studio albums, Nirvana has come to be regarded as one of the most influential and important rock bands of the modern era. Their music continues to maintain a popular following ranging from all ages and continues to inspire and influence modern rock and roll culture. Nirvana's rapid rise to success brought alternative rock music to the mainstream. Cobain's talent for writing lyrics that are both poignant and incredibly witty has been lauded by critics and fans alike. He is referred to in the media as the "voice of a generation", with Nirvana being considered the "flagship band of Generation X."

The album "Nevermind" is by far the most popular album by Nirvana, it features three of the group's most popular songs: "Smells Like Teen Spirit", "Lithium", and "In Bloom." The cover photo of the album is a picture of baby boy swimming underwater and reaching for a one dollar bill on a fishing hook. This image became a symbol of the Seattle grunge scene. Kirk Weddle is the man who shot this famous photo and is now releasing photos from his shoot with the band, which the record label at the time deemed unusable. Initially disappointed by the photos, Weddle has fully embraced them and has teamed with the Austin, Texas–based Modern Rocks Gallery for a showcase of some of the 200 photos he took that day.

Krist Novoselic (left), Dave Grohl (center), and Kurt Cobain (right) were all incredibly exhausted from a grueling touring schedule, Cobain even took a nap between photos. None of them were eager to dive into the cold water. Weddle was nice and warm in his wet suit, and the band members teased him endlessly for it.

Halfway through the shoot Cobain snuggled up in a bathrobe and fell asleep on the pavement. Weddle placed a guitar next to him and snapped away.

There was no wardrobe, so all three men had to jump in the pool with the clothes they had on. Cobain suggested that they all go naked but the record label was strongly against this idea.

For the average 20-something, life moves pretty fast. You’ve got classes, friends, relationships, jobs, family, and whatever else we overcommit ourselves with. I probably should have learned to say no to adding more to my schedule a long time ago, but instead here are 11 things that can be more helpful than coffee.

Resting b***h face. Defined as a person, usually a girl, who naturally looks mean when her face is expressionless, without meaning to. Many of you suffer from this "condition." You are commonly asked what's wrong, when nothing is. What people don't know is that is just your facial expression. Here are some things they wish you knew.

College students, you might be able to relate to this one. These probably sound familiar because we often tell ourselves these phrases; however, we are unable to follow or agree with these the following, deep down inside of our overwhelmed, tired minds.

1. "No more spending money on useless things"

Until you walk into a 99 cents store and suddenly have the urge to pick up anything that's less than a dollar.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.
