There's laughter,
There's screaming,
There's happiness,
There's warmth;
Unity by common love.
Spirits are high,
There's a wanting for more;
For a repeat of the last two hours,
Never ending.
There's fear,
There's screaming,
There's crying,
There's desperation.
All looking for an exit.
Tensions are high,
There's a wanting for an escape;
A need for a safer place.
The screaming, the pleading is deafening.
Never ending.
There's silence,
There's sadness,
There's questions,
There's someone who won't see a tomorrow.
Some are scrambling to make it to tomorrow.
It's never ending.
When will the need for violence end?
When will they take action?
Why do we let HATE win?
When can we feel safe again?
There's so many questions,
There aren't any answers.
There's no unity to end the war,
There's no unity to end the violence.
Innocents shouldn't be afraid to die.
Those living won't forget the screams,
The crying,
That once was happiness.
It's
Never
Ending.
My thoughts and prayers go to everyone who has had their lives forever changed by the senseless act of terror in Manchester. We are mourning with you! ❤️
