Negativity is a disease that can affect anyone and cripple your mind. When you are feeling lonely, afraid, angry or anxious, these feelings build up inside you and if you don't do anything about it, you become a negative person. Luckily, for us, there are ways to combat negative energy. When you are feeling angry or stressed out, hit the gym. Working out always relieves me of tensions from the outside world. I feel like I have my own little private time channeling my negativity into something healthy. This is also beneficial because working out releases endorphins in our brains and creates a positive attitude. Don't you always way feel better after a run or a hard workout?

A mentor of mine told me when he is frustrated, he cleans vigorously. I asked him why and he responded: "I clean more thoroughly when I am frustrated, I do a better job when I am down." I found this interesting that when feeling negative, he used a different method not as obvious as the most common "work-out." Nothing is more positive than having a clean home or a healthy body. The point to gather is figuring out a way to channel frustrations life has to offer every day into a positive act, instead of remaining negative. When you feel negative, you slack at school, you slack at work, and you are definitely not anxious to go out into the social world. It is important to never let your negativity grow and don't feel bad about having bad feelings. Everybody has bad days when you are feeling stressed and unmotivated. As humans, it is natural to feel that way. The secret is letting it out in a positive exercise that can help cleanse your body and soul. Sometimes when I am feeling negative, I will write a story about a person who is negative as well. Reading all the bad character traits reminds me to change my attitude before I end up like this character. I keep those little journals to myself and monitor the feelings of negativity. Everybody can find their positive channel or deep down, knows it already. Use these positive channels to manifest a better life for yourself.

I want to spread positivity and the means to be positive. If you feel bad, go to the gym and get those endorphins pumping or maybe wash your car so it shines like a mirror but definitely do not remain negative. The world needs you! Stay in the game and stay focused. Channel your energy into positivity and I guarantee you that your true potential will be unleashed!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
