Michael Jackson Dance Quotes

I grew up listening to all kinds of music, from bluegrass to pop to indie. However, one genre has always stuck out to me is music from the 80s.

My dad liked to listen to the oldies station and, although I hated it at the time, I never thought I would appreciate it as much as I do now. I was always amazed that he could literally sing about every song that came on the radio and I was determined to be able to do the same when I grew up. Finding myself attracted to so many kinds of music and over time I have fallen in love with music itself.

This decade of music is just so different than ours today. The lyrics speak of girls just wanting to have fun and discovering what love truly is. It encourages us to never stop believing when another one bites the dust.
