9 AM - 11 AM: Lie in bed thinking about how nice and cozy your blanket feels. Additional time may be added, if you need to think about everything that needs to be done today.
11 AM - 12 PM: Breakfast! Make sure to calculate extra time to go to the grocery store to purchase all your favorite ingredients.
12 PM - 1 PM: Lunch time. Everyone deserves to go out every once in a while, right? Oh, and make sure to stop by Zara on your way home. They have super crazy sales during the holiday season!
1 PM - 2 PM: Post-Lunch Siesta.
2 PM - 3 PM: Make a study list. Pet the cat. Daydream about dinner (don’t forget about that study list). Call best friend. Vacuum rug (don’t forget that study list). Color coordinate entire closet (something about a study list?). Oh, yes, make sure to create a list with all the things you need to do in order of urgency. It’ll help you manage your time better.
3 PM - 3:01 PM: Start working on the first task on your study list (does that really say, “study for one hour"? SQUIRREL!!!).
3:01 PM - 4 PM: Take a relaxing walk outside to give your brain a break. Taking breaks will actually enable your brain to digest all the material better.
4 PM - 5 PM: Recover from your brisk walk with a nice cup of tea.
5 PM - 6 PM: Spend this hour helping out your friends with *their* study anxiety.
6 PM - 7 PM: Dinner
7 PM - 8 PM: Dessert
8 PM - 9 PM: Take a nice bath while you digest your food. Side note: it’s like swimming; don’t dive in till at least half an hour after the last bite, duh!
9 PM - 11 PM:Think about all the exams you have to take in the next few weeks and have a major panic attack.
11 PM: It’s fine, right? Go to sleep. Rest is important for information to stick to your brain!
Next day: Repeat this process
