As a college student, I have learned to master the art of squeezing a nap into my busy day. Most college students will probably admit to taking at least one nap a day, but if you don't, then I'm not sure how you are surviving.
I personally need a nap at least once a day, or at least three times a week. If I get lucky and power through some days without a nap, it's a miracle. If you aren't a morning person and don't have much time to sleep in, then you look forward to your naps after class.
My naps are needed most during the week. However, weekends are a different story- I don't need them as much. In college, you don't get normal amounts of sleep, so, it's important to find time to relax and take a nap, or three. Here's why taking naps are so beneficial:
1. You can survive all-nighters.
2. It can help decrease stress.
3.You can feel more productive afterward.
4. You are a happier person.
5. You can move on with your day and not feel exhausted.
So take a nap and enjoy your day! You deserve it!
