I don't have a leg day or anything like that. So, I won't skip anything if I don't go. I do everything in one day. I like to start my work out off with cardio. I like to run and also walk on the tread mill. I walk on a 20 incline so I burn lots of calories. It’s great to join a gym so you can run next to people. I am competitive so I always try to run faster than the person next to me. The tread mill only goes up to 12.5 so sometimes I run at that speed to impress everyone.
So, once I finish 30 minutes of that I like to do abs. I do lots of crunches. Then, I do the leg press. Then I do arms and I do the bird like machine. It's like your clapping or you are flying. Then I attempt some pull ups. I then do the monkey bars because I'm a monkey. I love swinging around. Then I squat a lot so I get that Instagram ass.
Then when I get home I take lots of pictures. I look the same. Well at least im maintaining my weight. Maybe over time I will see a difference. Then I go to the beach and I look hot. You will too if you come to the gym with me. ☺️
