Summer can put us in a rut. Throughout the long, hot days and seemingly too short nights, we can lose our sense of passion. These are my top five favorite quotes from authors, screenwriters, and other leaders who’ve helped me gain some perspective. I love to read their works or watch them on the television to remember to keep going and to jump up out of the rut that I sometimes run into. And hey, even if you're not huge on literature or spoken word, at least you can add these babies to your stock of captions for the 'gram. Hopefully, however, one of these passages or quotes will help you when you need a little literary hug.
