For 21 years, you took care of me, nurtured, be there when I need someone to talk to the most and gives me advice when I need them the most. I know that I am sometimes my stubbornness, craziness drives you crazy and you get mad but at the end of the day we got each other's back. I honestly don't what I would have done without right here by side. A lot of things has happened over the year but you never loose faith, discourage or give up on us. I know sometimes you feel like we don't appreciate you or listen to you believe me when I say that we do, we listen to you. For ex, there things that I would love to do but because I know you wouldn't be happy about it then I stop myself from doing it. You taught my sisters and I that giving up isn't an option, you should always get back up and put a smile on your face. You taught us that we can be working and handle your family. You never have a day off its work after work. You inspire us so much, through you we find the courage to move on, get up and fight again, to always do what's right and respect our elders.

On your days off, you take care of your household; you even do it before going to work. You are our number support, cheerleader, provider and caretaker. Being a Caribbean, Black, woman in America isn't easy. I know you've through a lot but still manage to maintain to smile, laugh everyday. We know sometimes it was hard for you raising us because we know that we give you headaches. I could go on and on about you but words can't really describe it or thank you enough for what you've done for us. The only way we know that we know for sure that will make you happy is when we are walking on that stage when they call our names and hands us our diplomat that you'll feel proud. You always tell us that educationist the key of everything. I know that we will make you proud our dream is for us to spoil you because God knows that you deserve it. People who know you, know about how a great person that you are; you would though hell and back for us. I know you gave up a lot just so we could have a great future and not to worry about a thing; always put your family needs before your own.

I just want you to know that your efforts won't be in vain, we will be successful, we will make you proud; you always say that the reason why you are going through what you are going is because you want the best for us well I promise you that it be won't be. I love you to the moon back and thank you again mom.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
