Because I realized time is my most valuable possession,

Have you ever had one of those moments when you think about an enriching memory, which you thought had happened yesterday, and realize years have passed?. Or one of those moments where you had been counting the seconds for something to happen and when the day finally arrives, it vanishes in a heart beat, and now it's just memories, one of those memories that you'll look back to thinking it happened yesterday, only to realize a year or two have passed.

There are many reasons to enjoy every second of life, every single second, life passes by like a flash, and we must value time and how we use it as the top of our value chain.

I have come to the realization that living a life of worries is simply not worth it. I don't want to look back and realize I spent my days worrying about the future.

I want to appreciate every single second of my life by not wasting any of it, and in order to do that, I am identifying "time thieves." As of now I have thought of the following: sleeping more than necessary, becoming to obsessed with school and work, checking social media every five seconds and weekend Netflix marathons.

From now I am working on living my life to the fullest. This is my daily checklist (in process) in order to achieve it:

1. Wake up early

I will sleep only the necessary.

2. Love yourself

I will stop beating myself up for small things and I will use my mistakes as an impulse to do better.

4. Eat healthy and exercise

I will take good care of my body so that I can live a healthy and happy life.

5. Smile

I won't forget to smile.

6. Be around your loved ones

I will keep in touch with my loved ones

7. Give time for yourself

I will have some time to reflect on my day and enjoy alone time

8. Listen to Music

I will dance to life

9. Learn something new

I will learn something new everyday

10. Save money for adventures

I won't spend money on unnecessary things so that I can save up for trips and adventures.

11. Give, receive and be thankful

I will make others happy
