For the Bible said:
"Judge not that ye shall not be judged. For, with what judgement you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you use, it shall be measured back onto you, and even multiplied!
And why do you examine the splinter in thy brother's eye, when you have a tree growing out of your own? And how can you even see to remove the splinter from your brother's eye when you are blinded by the tree growing out of yours? Hypocrite! First, remove the tree from thine own eye, then you may see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother's.
Do not offer what is Holy to the dogs! Neither, cast your pearls before swine, lest they turn and trample you under their feet, then turn again and rend you to pieces".
~ Matthews 7
I, for one, am no saint. I am no man free of sin. I am a sinner by nature just like the rest of God's children. For I have judged many and judged myself. For that I seek out the forgiveness of the Lord himself. As should all of His children.
We were not created to judge one another. For that is pushed upon us by the devil himself. So that our relationship with God becomes fragile, but I won't let the devil win.
I refuse.
I ask the Lord to establish a foundation in me of understanding so that I have greater faith in him. A level of understanding that allows me to not place judgment on anyone but to listen, observe and learn.
I ask Him to come to others and allow them to rid themselves of judgement and seek im so that they too can better understand.
I ask Him to relinquish any judgement from inside of me and to restore my faith so that I know that God is my savior and on judgement day that He alone shall judge me and no one else.
I ask that of Him.
Amen.
