MY Five Favorite Christmas Songs
Ochristmastree

It’s Christmas time, and I am sure that I am not the only one that is super excited about it. I Love Christmas trees, decorating, shopping for gifts, and just Christmas in general! I love when I go into the store and I can hear Christmas songs. They instantly bring a huge smile to my face. So here is a little list of my 5 favorite Christmas songs that I'm likely to listen to.

1. “Glorious” by For King and Country.

This song by the amazing For King and Country, tells the amazing story of Jesus coming down to earth being born as a baby, just like the prophecy foretold. I really like this song, because it shows us that God cared enough about us, to come down from his throne and save us all. This song just came out a few weeks ago, so I encourage all of you to go to iTunes and buy it. You will not regret it!

2. “All Is Well” by Michael W. Smith (feat. Carrie Underwood).

I love this song, not only because I love Carrie Underwood, but because this song is such a soothing melody. This song tells the story that “All is Well”, because the Son of God is finally here with us.

3. “You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch” by Thurl Arthur Ravenscroft.

This song is such a fun, catchy song that everyone knows. It is such a humorous song about that hilarious Grinch that hates Christmas. I know when I hear it, it unleashes my inner kid. And, who doesn't love the Grinch?

4. “Jingle Bells”.

In general, I just love this song. It is such a classic, and it was one of the first Christmas songs that I learned when I was a kid. This song is always a nice song to get into the Christmas spirit.

5. “Light of the World” by Lauren Daigle.

I love Lauren Daigle, and I love this song. I heard it for the first time when I bought her recent Christmas album, and it is such a beautifully written song. The song is the story of how the world was waiting for the Savior, and then we finally came. It tells us that Jesus was and is the hope for the world.

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.
