My Favorite Rides At Disney World
Florida Magical Tours

I think of myself of somewhat of a Disney World expert. I've been going there my whole life, so I have been on all of the rides multiple times. All of the rides are somewhat fun, except for It's A Small World, but there are definitely some that are far superior. Here are my favorite rides at Disney World from that are a must if you're planning a trip there soon. This list does not include all Disney rides.

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin

Even though I am absolutely terrible at shooting the lasers and getting points I still love this ride. It's entertaining and gets everyone's competitive juices flowing. If you are at all a fan of Toy Story, and let's face it who isn't, you will enjoy this ride.

The Great Movie Ride

This ride might not make everyone's must do lists, but I love this ride. It takes you through movie sets of twelve different movies throughout history. You might not want to go on it every time you go like I do, but it's definitely worth it to brush up on your film history.

Dumbo The Flying Elephant

This is a staple Disney ride. If you don't go on this ride at least once in your life you can't say that you've been to Disney World. No matter your age, you have to go on this ride.

Haunted Mansion

Yet another ride that may not appeal to everyone, but still remains one of my favorites. This one is a nice, enjoyable ride that gets you dancing in your chair to some creepy music.

The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh

The Magic Kingdom is filled with children's rides, but that doesn't mean that you can't enjoy them as an adult. This ride just feels like my childhood.

Mad Tea Party

Another staple of Disney World. If you don't ride in the tea cups then you haven't been to Disney World.

Dinosaur

Now we're starting to get the adrenaline pumping with this ride. Not quite a roller coaster, but more thrilling than say the Tea Cups, this ride is the perfect transition to the bigger roller coasters. Plus, who doesn't love dinosaurs?

Splash Mountain

Splash Mountain is another perfect ride for people who are iffy about roller coasters. With most of the ride being a leisurely boat ride until that last drop, this ride makes for the perfect vacation picture.

Expedition Everest

This ride is amazing! This popular ride has you coming face to face with a Yeti, which is one of the best experiences of your life.

Space Mountain

The epitome of the Disney World roller coasters. This ride always has a long line, but is worth it every time no matter the wait time. This ride is the best blur of your life.

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith

This ride blasts Aerosmith's greatest hits while you're being whipped around. I never understood how Aerosmith got involved with Disney, but boy am I happy that they did. This is possibly my favorite ride at Disney.

Tower of Terror

Scratch that. This is my ultimate Disney favorite. There's something about this ride that gets me every time. The creepy atmosphere, the stomach drop feeling, the fact that it's associated with the Twilight Zone. Honestly take your pick. Please go on this ride because you will not regret it!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
